As a young boy he wanted to become a chef. Started of as a apprentice in Amsterdam at the restaurant of Joop Braakhekke "Le garage". From there on he worked in many renowned restaurants all over the world in Aruba, Australia and Spain, before setteling back in the Netherlands.

Meet the Host
Floor is only 25 years old but already has a lot of experience. For example, she worked in the café of the Royal Concertgebouw, the restaurant of the Idock hotel, QO hotel and other companies. Floor has a great knowledge of wine and other culinaria.
